Evening Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Autism Services

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized treatment programs designed by a behavior analyst, utilizing aba techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction in clients. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data on client progress and maintaining effective communication with clients, families, and team members.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and must complete the 40-Hour rbt training program and pass the competency assessment to obtain rbt certification. Reliability, the ability to pass a background check, and excellent interpersonal skills are also mandatory.
