Evening Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Autism Services

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized treatment programs designed by a behavior analyst using aba techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction in clients. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, communicating with team members and families, and adhering to ethical guidelines.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and must complete the 40-Hour rbt training program, passing the competency assessment to obtain rbt certification. Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check are also mandatory requirements.
