Evening Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Autism Services

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized treatment programs designed by a behavior analyst, utilizing aba techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction in clients. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, communicating with stakeholders, and adhering to ethical guidelines while working in client homes.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and must complete the 40-Hour rbt training program and pass the competency assessment to obtain rbt certification. Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check are also mandatory requirements for this role.
