Registered Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team, requiring a high school diploma or ged and being 18 years of age or older. Physical requirements include the ability to move in various positions and lift/Carry up to 50 pounds, with the requirement to obtain registered behavior technician certification after onboarding.
