Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach necessary skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, demonstrating patience and compassion while being able to work well in a team. Minimum requirements include being 18 years or older, possessing a high school diploma or ged, and the ability to obtain necessary certifications like cpr and first aid.
