Training Specialist

The training specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating employee training programs to boost organizational performance and skill development. Key duties involve scheduling classes, administering the learning management system (Lms), generating performance reports, and updating training materials.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as human resources or training and development, along with a minimum of two years of training experience. Strong presentation, communication, and proficiency with microsoft office and adobe suites are essential requirements.
