Employment Specialist

The employment specialist will support individuals with developmental disabilities through the entire employment process, including resume development, job application, and interview assistance. Key duties involve teaching essential job skills using job task analysis and providing on-Site support to analyze tasks and resolve issues.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. A minimum of two years of relevant experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is required, along with strong communication and time management skills.
