Core responsibilities
Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, possess patience and compassion, and be able to work well in a team environment. Minimum requirements include being 18+, having a high school diploma or ged, and the ability to pass background checks and meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
