Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach necessary skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, possess patience and compassion, and be able to work well in a team, requiring them to be 18 or older with a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must also meet physical demands, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a background check, with requirements for cpr/First aid certification and a tuberculosis test.
