Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills like communication, social interaction, and daily living while actively reducing interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, demonstrating patience, compassion, and strong teamwork skills, and must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must also be physically capable of various movements and lifting up to 50 pounds, and must obtain cpr/First aid certification and pass a background check.
