Core responsibilities
The services and evaluation coordinator is responsible for assigning service providers to clients and ensuring that required therapy or educational services/Evaluations align with the child’s iep or ifsp. Key duties include tracking incoming requests, gathering necessary patient information, assigning cases to appropriate therapy teams, and communicating with various stakeholders.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of one year of administrative experience in healthcare, education, or childcare. Essential job skills involve building positive relationships, maintaining effective communication, strong organizational abilities, and a proven track record managing high-Volume workloads.
