Core responsibilities
The behavior technician delivers one-On-One aba therapy services to children with autism, following the guidance in the behavior treatment plan under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst. Responsibilities also include ensuring timely billing submission and accurate documentation supporting services rendered.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and possess a passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-Divergent behaviors, including a minimum of one year of related experience. Completion of the 40-Hour registered behavior technician training is required, or training will be provided, along with reliable transportation.
