Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The licensed behavior analyst will deliver specialized instruction and training using applied behavior analysis therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Major duties include direct intervention, consulting with staff, training parents/Caregivers, conducting assessments, writing reports, and supervising registered behavior technicians.

This position requires a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field, along with maintaining bcba certification from the bacb and holding a licensed behavior analyst (Lba) license in the state of practice. Candidates must be prepared for direct work with clients who may exhibit aggressive behaviors requiring appropriate physical interventions.
