Behavior Technician

The behavior technician delivers one-On-One aba therapy services to children with autism, following the guidance in the behavior treatment plan under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst. Responsibilities include encouraging skill acquisition and behavior modification while ensuring accurate documentation and timely billing submission.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and possess a passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-Divergent behaviors, including a minimum of one year of prior experience working with children. Completion of 40-Hour registered behavior technician training is required, or training will be provided, along with reliable transportation and willingness to obtain rbt certification.
