Behavior Technician

The behavior technician delivers one-On-One aba therapy services to children with autism, following the treatment plan under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst. Responsibilities include teaching new skills, modifying behavior, ensuring timely billing, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and possess a passion for working with neuro-Divergent children, including a minimum of one year of related experience. Completion of the 40-Hour registered behavior technician training or willingness to complete it, along with obtaining rbt certification, is required.
