Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, possess patience and compassion, and be able to work well in a team environment. Essential requirements include being 18+, having a high school diploma or ged, and the ability to pass background checks and physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
