Core responsibilities
Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, possess patience and compassion, and be able to work well in a team, in addition to being 18+ with a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must also be bilingual in arabic and capable of passing physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
