Licensed BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The bcba will manage a clinical caseload of approximately 8–12 children diagnosed with autism, which includes conducting aba assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing case supervision. Responsibilities also involve supervising behavior technicians, providing monthly parent training, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a master of science in applied behavior analysis, current bcba certification, and michigan bcba licensure. The role requires managing a caseload of children aged 2–21 and utilizing electronic data collection tools.
