Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, possess patience and compassion, and be able to work well in a team environment, meeting physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or ged, and obtain necessary certifications like cpr/First aid and the registered behavior technician certification within 45 days of onboarding.
