Hybrid Center-Based BCBA - $10,000 Retention Bonus

The bcba will utilize expertise to develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism, while also sharing knowledge through direct supervision, support, training, and orientation of behavioral technicians. Key duties involve advocating for clients, monitoring for issues, and physically keeping pace with active children during sessions.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field and hold a current bcba license or be sitting for the exam within three months. Essential qualifications include demonstrated skills in implementing aba with children with asd, ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments, and excellent communication and problem-Solving skills.
