Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work directly with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills like communication and social interaction while actively working to reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about assisting children with autism, demonstrating patience, compassion, and strong teamwork abilities, and must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged. Physical requirements include the ability to move in various positions and lift/Carry up to 50 pounds, along with obtaining necessary certifications post-Hiring.
