Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician

Behavioral health technicians will work one-On-One with children and families with autism to implement learning programs, collect data on target behaviors, and communicate with stakeholders. This involves adapting teaching techniques and partnering with a behavior analyst to implement individualized behavioral intervention plans.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged, and possess a passion for helping children with autism, along with patience and compassion. A minimum of one year of experience working with children (Ages 0-18) and being bilingual in spanish is preferred.
