Full-Time Mentor - Adult Day Services - M-F Days

This role supports the delivery of person-Centered adult day services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting them with planning activities and achieving goals that foster independence. Essential functions include providing emotional support, supervision, personal care, maintaining required documentation, and advocating for the individuals' needs and choices.

A high school diploma is required, though 2-4 years of related experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and patience, and be able to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and assisting with personal care.
