Middle School English Teacher

The teacher is responsible for delivering specific course content in an online environment, providing instruction, guidance, and managing the learning process while focusing on individual student needs. They must monitor progress via the learning management system and actively collaborate with students and parents/Learning coaches to achieve learning goals.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, six months of student teaching experience, and meet highly qualified teacher (Hqt) requirements for english under nclb, along with maintaining state certification. Essential requirements include pedagogical knowledge, adaptability, strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently 40+ hours per week from a professional home office, and occasional travel.
