Medical Resident - Internal Medicine

Residents participate in the clinical evaluation and care of patients across various settings, adhering to hospital standards and achieving required competencies under direct attending supervision. They must communicate findings effectively, participate fully in educational activities, and assume progressive responsibility for patient care based on their level of education and experience.

Candidates must be a graduate or pending graduate of an accredited medical school (Us/Canada lcme or us aoa) or meet specific requirements for international graduates, including ecfmg certification or a full, unrestricted us medical license. A current illinois state medical license and current aha cpr certification are required, with graduation within the past 5 years being preferred.
