Recruiting Specialist

The recruiting specialist is responsible for identifying target markets, recruiting prospective students, building a multicultural applicant pipeline, and tracking progress toward enrollment goals at austin community college. This involves making presentations, attending college fairs, advising students on enrollment procedures, and maintaining consistent communication with prospects.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and two years of related work experience, preferably in college student recruiting or advising, including experience with crm software. Candidates must possess strong public speaking, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and be able to work a schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
