Technical Training and Documentation Specialist

This role involves designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs to enhance employee technical capabilities by identifying skill gaps and implementing learning strategies. Responsibilities include creating e-Learning modules, documentation, managing the lms, and evaluating training effectiveness through metrics and feedback.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in learning & development or technical training, including experience delivering it-Related programs. Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts are essential for success.
