ABA Behavior Technician

The behavior technician implements individualized treatment plans directed by a bcba, which includes observing, recording, and reporting client progress and managing challenging behaviors. They must also assist clients in acquiring academic and life skills while maintaining professional communication with all stakeholders.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a genuine passion for working with children, coupled with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a company background check are mandatory requirements for this role.
