Per Diem Congregate Residential Counselor-Walpole, MA

Counselors will support youth in developing necessary skills for successful community transition by implementing a trauma-Informed care model. This includes teaching age-Appropriate life, coping, and social skills through modeling and counseling while maintaining a safe environment.

Candidates must pass a cori/Background check, be physically active for 8-10 hour shifts, and participate in interventions, requiring a high school diploma or ged. One year of prior experience working with youth is preferred.
