Behavior Coach – 2026-2027 School Year

The behavior coach will guide and mentor students to foster positive decision-Making, self-Control, and social growth while enforcing expectations and maintaining structure. Responsibilities also include responding to crisis situations using approved safety techniques and collaborating with staff to support student success.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in human services or a related behavioral science field, though this is preferred, and must have experience supporting children or adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges. Required competencies include knowledge of positive behavior interventions, crisis management, strong communication, and the ability to remain professional under stress.
