Behavior Coach – 2026-2027 School Year

The behavior coach will guide and mentor students to develop essential skills like problem-Solving, self-Control, and decision-Making while enforcing expectations and maintaining accountability. Responsibilities also include responding to crisis situations using approved safety and de-Escalation techniques and collaborating with the school community to support student success.

Candidates should ideally possess a bachelor's degree in human services, behavioral science, or a related field, along with experience supporting children or adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges. Essential requirements include knowledge of positive behavior interventions, crisis management techniques, and strong skills in communication and remaining calm under stress.
