Behavior Coach – 2026-2027 School Year

The behavior coach will guide and mentor students to foster positive decision-Making, self-Control, and social growth while enforcing expectations and maintaining safety. Responsibilities include responding to crisis situations using approved de-Escalation techniques and collaborating with staff to support student success.

A bachelor's degree in human services, behavioral science, or a related field is preferred for this role. Candidates must have experience supporting children or adolescents with behavioral challenges and knowledge of positive behavior interventions and crisis management.
