Lead RBT

The lead rbt will serve as a mentor and clinical resource to new and existing aba team members, partnering with trainers to support onboarding and ongoing training. Responsibilities also include collecting and accurately recording client behavioral data and completing all required documentation within 48 hours.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold an active rbt certification at the time of hire, along with active safety care certification or the ability to obtain it within 60 days. A minimum of one year of experience as an rbt at westside or two years in a comparable outpatient aba clinical setting is required.
