Lead RBT

The lead rbt will partner with bcbas to deliver play-Based aba therapy, focusing on skill development, while also serving as a mentor and clinical resource to new and existing aba team members. Responsibilities include supporting onboarding, communicating team needs to the director, collecting accurate client data, and participating in weekly team meetings.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold active rbt certification at the time of hire, along with active safety care certification or the ability to obtain it within 60 days. A minimum of one year of experience as an rbt at westside or two years in a comparable aba outpatient clinical setting is required.
