The lead registered behavior technician will partner with board certified behavior analysts to deliver high-Quality, play-Based aba therapy while also serving as a mentor and clinical resource to new and existing aba team members. Responsibilities include collecting and accurately recording client behavioral data, participating in team meetings, and communicating team needs to the clinic aba director.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold active rbt certification at the time of hire, along with active safety care certification or the ability to obtain it within 60 days. A minimum of one year of experience as an rbt at westside or two years in a comparable outpatient aba clinical setting is required.
