Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or ged, and must obtain registered behavior technician certification after onboarding.
