Youth dev specialist

The specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating all programs across core areas like education, athletics, and arts, while fostering healthy relationships with all club members. Key tasks include ensuring program safety, providing guidance, initiating creative activities, monitoring goal achievement, and managing facilities and supplies.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with two years of demonstrated experience working with youth and families. Candidates must possess strong oral and written communication skills and intermediate computer proficiency, including microsoft word and excel.
