Trainer/Faculty

This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the agency's comprehensive employee training program, including certifications, webinars, and community conferences. Duties involve coordinating training standardization, delivering instruction on programs like nho, cpi, and cpr/First aid, and collaborating on material preparation and curriculum review.

Candidates must possess a comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles and teaching methods, with travel required locally and regionally at times. Preferred education is a master's degree in a health-Related field with one year of experience, or a bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of related experience.
