Physical Therapist Resident (H)

The physical therapist resident assesses, plans, organizes, and participates in rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, administering treatment, documenting progress, and instructing patients and families on home care procedures.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a relevant field and hold a valid state of florida physical therapist license, with no previous experience required for this resident position. The role also requires active participation in didactic learning sessions, mentorship hours, and completion of assigned written and testing requirements.
