Developmental Specialist - Dudley, MA

The developmental specialist is responsible for directly supporting individuals with developmental and other disabilities by implementing their day habilitation service plan objectives and documenting their progress. This includes ensuring the dignity and rights of individuals while assisting them in developing functional independence and participating in meaningful community and in-House activities.

Candidates must possess a high school degree or g.e.d. And be at least 21 years old, with a valid driver's license and daily access to a car being preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in a training program for the developmentally disabled is required.
