320P-01 Developmental Specialist - Part Time

The developmental specialist directly supports individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing their day habilitation service plan objectives and meticulously documenting their progress. Key duties involve ensuring the dignity and rights of individuals while assisting them in developing functional independence and participating in meaningful community activities.

Candidates must possess a high school degree or ged and be at least 21 years old, requiring good written and verbal communication skills and physical flexibility for bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting. Daily use of a car on site is preferred, and maintaining required certifications like first aid and cpr is mandatory.
