Special Education Inclusion Teacher - SY 26/27

The special education teacher acts as the teacher of record, providing instruction and managing the learning process for self-Contained and alt students according to their individual education programs (Iep). This role involves essential functions such as collaborating on goals and curriculum, creating compliant ieps and progress reports, monitoring progress toward goals, and ensuring accommodations and modifications are provided.

Candidates must possess the required texas special education certification and be prepared to manage all compliance documents for special education students. Essential qualifications include the ability to interpret and use student data to drive instruction, proficiency in microsoft office suite, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to new technologies, with up to 20% travel required.
