Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will conduct functional behavior assessments (Fba) and develop/Implement behavior support plans (Bsp) using aba principles to support individuals with intellectual disabilities. This role also involves monitoring plans, collecting data, and training/Supervising behavior technicians.

Candidates must possess a master's degree and board certification as a behavior analyst (Bcba) to qualify for this position. Essential requirements include strong relationship-Building skills, sound decision-Making abilities, calmness during crises, and effective written and verbal communication.
