Core responsibilities
The behavior technician delivers one-On-One aba therapy services to children with autism, following the guidance in the behavior treatment plan under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst. Responsibilities also include ensuring timely billing submission, accurate documentation, and regular communication with the client advocate and supervisor.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and possess a passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-Divergent behaviors, including a minimum of one year of experience working with children. Completion of 40-Hour registered behavior technician training is required, or training will be provided, along with reliable transportation and willingness to obtain rbt certification.
