Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will work one-On-One with children to implement individualized aba-Based intervention plans, which includes preparing materials, conducting teaching sessions, and updating caregivers after each session. Key duties involve consistently implementing treatment plans across various domains, collecting accurate data, and adhering to ethical and company policies.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and either hold current rbt certification or be willing to obtain it within 90 days of hire. Reliable transportation, the ability to perform physically demanding tasks like lifting up to 30 pounds regularly, and availability to work at least 12 hours per week are also required.
