Youth Service Worker Weekends

The youth service worker will be part of the inpatient team, providing direct care services that are client-Centered, strengths-Based, professional, and compassionate to ensure the safety and wellbeing of youth in care. Responsibilities also include planning and leading healing activities and building therapeutic relationships rooted in respect and empathy.

Applicants must be at least 20 years old and must possess one year of previous professional experience working directly with children, youth, or families, or meet educational requirements including an associate’s degree in a related human services field or two years of college coursework toward a bachelor's degree in a related field.
