Youth Service Worker

The youth service worker will deliver direct care services as part of the inpatient team, ensuring the safety, supervision, and wellbeing of youth in care. This includes planning and leading healing activities while building therapeutic relationships rooted in respect and empathy.

Applicants must be at least 20 years old and possess one year of professional experience working with children, youth, or families, or meet educational requirements including an associate's degree in a related human services field or two years of college coursework toward a bachelor's degree in a related field.
