Education Coordinator

This role functions as part of the inpatient program, collaborating to enhance educational success and treatment outcomes for out-Of-School youth, while also serving as a programming float and providing supervision to team members as assigned. Essential functions include providing direct supervision and programming to clients unable to attend school, coordinating with school staff for educational support, and monitoring client academic progress and school removals.

Candidates must possess strong skills in time management, critical thinking, and maintaining composure under stress, along with the ability to effectively use the agency's electronic health record system and trauma informed care model. Minimum education requires graduation from high school or ged plus two years of undergraduate coursework, along with two years of previous work experience in a health services field.
