Youth Service Worker Mornings

The youth service worker will be part of the inpatient team, delivering direct care services focused on client-Centered, strengths-Based, professional, and compassionate support for youth in care. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and wellbeing of youth, planning and leading growth-Promoting activities, and building therapeutic relationships rooted in respect and empathy.

Applicants must be at least 20 years old and possess one year of prior professional experience working directly with children, youth, or families, or meet educational requirements including an associate’s degree in a related human services field or two years of college coursework toward a bachelor's degree in a related field.
