Camp Medic

The camp medic is primarily responsible for the health and wellbeing of every camper while at camp, which includes caring for the sick and injured, dispensing medication, and responding to emergencies. Additional duties involve reviewing camper health records, maintaining health logs, and ensuring camper safety and participation in all camp activities.

Candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience working with youth and staff, along with a current emt, lna, cna, rn, or wilderness first aid certification. Essential qualities include the ability to work effectively under pressure, manage medical emergencies, and maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and caring attitude toward the children.
